Established in 2016, Mainlevel provides expertise in digitalisation and monitoring & evaluation. We enable organisations in the public, private and NGO sector to increase the efficiency, outreach and impact of their interventions with learning-oriented M&E and targeted digital solutions. We believe in the potential of ICT and data to help make sustainable development more effective, more innovative and more inclusive.
Our interdisciplinary team of M&E consultants, digital consultants and IT developers works together closely on assignments for a wide range of clients including GIZ, KfW, the EU, UN agencies and a growing number of NGOs as well as other international organisations. Mainlevel has developed a cloud- and web-based Management Information System (MIS) based on modern open-source technologies to provide online solutions for monitoring to clients. The core idea of our MIS is to collect, analyse and visualise data in the context of hierarchical data structures. All data in the MIS can be linked to results and indicators to obtain real-time calculations of the achievement of objectives.
In your role as a IT project manager and system analyst, you are responsible for driving the adaptation of our MIS to the specific requirements of our clients’ projects and organisations. Through user-centred, analytical requirements engineering and agile project management you help ensure that our MIS meets our clients’ needs for monitoring and evidence-based decision-making. Within our team, you will be responsible for:
