03 Sep Mainlevel M&E advisory services in Mongolia
Our Monitoring & Evaluation consultant Alice van Caubergh visited Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on 18-25 August to support the GIZ Integrated Mineral Resources Initiative (IMRI) team in improving their M&E methodology and system.
She provided training sessions as well as advisory services to the team. She also led the participatory reconstruction of the project’s theory of change and the project’s vision for M&E. Together with the M&E officer and relevant technical experts, she designed the project’s monitoring plan, improved the project’s indicators, and revised the different data collection templates.
The GIZ IMRI project supports SMEs and actors of the tourism and agriculture sectors in four different provinces in increasing their income, their competitiveness and financial capacities, and in diversifying their value chains. The overall objective of the project is to increase the number of people employed by SMEs in different industries and sectors by improving their M&E methodology and system. Mainlevel is pleased to support this project through advisory services.
