Results-based Monitoring Systems
We develop monitoring systems that continuously track impact, support collaboration and meet reporting requirements. We design and implement user-centred solutions that range from lean spreadsheets to comprehensive impact management tools. We work closely with our clients to operationalise indicators, identify suitable data collection methods, and establish clear roles and responsibilities.
